Plant Cell
•A plant Cell is usually larger in size.
•Cell wall is present outside the Cell membrane.
•Plastids are present.
•Oftenly larger vacuoles are present in plant Cell which is permanent.
That's why nucleus lies one side in the cytoplasm.
•Centreoles are usually absent.
•Lysosomes are rarely found.

Animal cell
•An animal cell is comparatively smaller in size.
•Only cell membrane is present.
•Plastids are usually absent.
•Comparatively smaller vacuoles are present which is temporary.
That's why nucleus lies in the center as small vacuole unable to push nucleus on one side.
•Centreoles are present in the Cell which take part in cell division.
•Lysosomes are also present in the animal cell.
