The particles of lets say some perfume that exit when it is sprayed are moving with incredibly high speeds and colliding with the trillions of other particles that are already in the air. So the only real influence is the millions of collisions that one said particle will encounter per second.

Yes there is no influence of gravity on diffusion because diffusion is a type of evolution in the size of the molecules.
