Machines and computers are devices which we create that can reproduce some of our behaviour but they’re entirely different.

A computer or a machine is like an abacus. Its a limited mechanical series of steps and states - which if done in the correct order, can perform some action.

Do you think a person is like an abacus? I doubt it. But that's all a computer is, just a big abacus, that does things so quickly in set sequence that it feels like its doing more.
