Radiation : Radiation is the emission or transmission of energy in the form of waves or particles through space or through a material medium.
Conduction : Conduction is the transfer of energy in the form of heat or electricity from one atom to another within an object by direct contact.
Conduction occurs in solids, liquids, and gases. However, solids transfer energy most efficiently since the molecules in solids are most tightly packed, and the molecules are closer together, as shown in this figure.
For liquids and gases, the density of the particles are generally lower than those of solids and the particles are farther apart, so the energy transfer is less efficient.
Convention : a meeting or formal assembly, as of representatives or delegates, for discussion of and action on particular matters of common concern.
Evaporation : Evaporation is the process by which water changes from a liquid to a gas or vapor.

Radiation:- Radiation is energy that comes from a source and travels through space at the speed of light. This energy has an electric field and a magnetic field associated with it, and has wave-like properties. You could also call radiation “electromagnetic waves”.
Conduction:- transmission through or by means of a conductor also : the transfer of heat through matter by communication of kinetic energy from particle to particle with no net displacement of the particles — compare convection, radiation.
Convection:- When a fluid, such as air or a liquid, is heated and then travels away from the source, it carries the thermal energy along. This type of heat transfer is called convection. The fluid above a hot surface expands, becomes less dense, and rises
Evaporation:- Evaporation is the process by which water changes from a liquid to a gas or vapor. Evaporation is the primary pathway that water moves from the liquid state back into the water cycle as atmospheric water vapor.
