firstly food enters into food pipe

from food pipe it's enter into stomach which is found at left side in our body it is J shaped. IN stomach food digest for 3 hours by the process of churning.At this time food convert into semi solid product.

1. stomach have three tubular wall which secret HCl mucus and pepsin
2. HCl which help in kill bacteria and it activate pepsin
3. pepsin digest protein
4. mucus help to maintain the wall of stomach by HCl

than food enter into small intestine

small intestine have two glands

1. Liver
2. pancreas

• where liver releases its bile juice which help to make food acidic to alkaline
• BILE JUICE CONTAIN IN GALL BLADDER WHICH IS BLUISH GREEN COLOUR
• and pancreas releases pancreatic juice which contains enzymes like

1. PANCREATIC Amylase which break down the starch the enzyme trypsin which digest protein and lipase which break down fats.

THE WALL OF SMALL INTESTINE CONTAINS GLANDS WHICH SECRETE INTESTINAL JUICE

• which contains number of enzymes which digest carbohydrates into glucose
• protein into amino acid and
• fats into glycerol and fatty acids
