Actually, these are "enteric harmones" that have crucial role on pancreatic exocrine secretion and at the same time,flow of bile.These are:-
●Cholecystokinin-As name decribes, "Cholecysto" means gall bladder and "kinin" as movement.Once it is released,it stimulates pancreatic enzymes and contraction of gallbladder and common bile duct,causing delivery of bile in the gut.
●Secretin-It stimulates secretion of bicarbonate-rich fluids from pancreas and liver into the lumen.This bicarbonate also neutralizes acid which can reduce stimulation for secretion of further secretin and stop further secretion.
