Answer: 23

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say ‘x' is digit on one's place so 2x-4 is digit on tens' place

So number is 10*(2x-4)+x= 20x-40+x=21x-40

Now if reverse the possition of digit new number is

10*x+2x-4=12x-4

12x-4+21x-40=55

33x-44=55

33x=99

x=3

2x-4=2(3)-4=6-4=2

The number is 10*(2*3-4)+3=20+3=23
