Using Fiundamental Theorem of Arithmetic

Unit place can be filled by any one of 3 digits (5, 0, 4) in 3 ways.

Tens place can be filled by any one of 3 digits (5, 0, 4) in 3 ways.

Hundred place can be filled by any one of 2 digits (5, 4) in 2 ways.

Number of ways = 2 × 3 × 3 = 18
