For a number to be a perfect square, every prime in its prime factorisation must have an even power. The prime factorisation of 3528 is:

3528 = 2^3 * 3^2 * 7^2

As you can see, the only prime with odd power here is 2, so, you just need to multiply by 2.

The smallest multiple will be 3528*2 = 7056 = 84*84.
