ganglion in the orbit. The next course is passing along the long ciliary nerves to reach the dilator pupillaemuscle. Postganglionic parasympathetic fibers supply two muscles in the eyeball: sphincter pupillae and ciliaris. Oculomotor nervesupplies the skeletal as well as the smooth muscles of the eyeball.
