modulus of elasticity =

Force ×L/Area × Change in length

so in the dimension only the Force/Area will be counted because the length L and the change in length will cancel out each other.

so dimension of Force is [MLT^-2] and for Area is [L^2].

therefore

[MLT^-2]/[L^2]

= [ML^-1T^-2]
