Dimorphic nucleus is found in protist like paramecium. There is a large macronucleus and a small micronucleus.
The larger nucleus which performs normal cell functions like respiration, protein synthesis and digestion. Micronucleus: The smaller nucleus is responsible for cell division and used only during reproduction.
