Dinesh married Nisha and his sister Nita married Prakash who was brother of Nisha. Both marriages were solemnized according to Shastric ceremonies on 5.3.12. This kind of an arrangement is prevalent in some Hindu communities. Both girls visited their parental home during a festival. Nisha told her parents about the bad behaviour of her in-law. This gave rise to misunderstandings between her brother and sister-in-law as well. Her brother Prakash started behaving badly with his wife and even sent Nita to her parental home and forbade her from coming back. Nita was so pained by this behaviour. Nisha on the other hand never returned to her marital home and she also filed a petition for divorce on the same grounds. Dinesh tried to reconcile and even came to his wife's home to bring her back. In the light of the above facts discuss the recourse available to all the parties under the Hindu Marriage Act 1955. Use relevant case laws to justify your answers.
