The newly formed sentences are

  1. He asked us whether we were going to Mumbai that day.
  2. The teacher scolded me by saying that she had never seen a careless girl like me.
  3. The farmer had prophesied that it may rain that evening.  

While converting a direct speech to an indirect one, make sure that all the commas are removed and add a full stop at the end of the sentences. Also write it in past tense. The pronouns used must be correct.
