The writer asked Hanumanthappa where he wanted to pursue his studies.
Hanumanthappa replied that he wanted to pursue his studies at the Teachers' Training College in Bellary as that was the nearest to his village.
The writer further asked him how much money he should send to Hanumanthappa per month and that if the college had a hostel facility.
Hanumanthappa said that he would inform the writer after making a proper inquiry about it.
