Given :- CE || AB . ∠DBA = 54°
Solution :-
→ ∠CAB = 90° {CA is perpendicular to AB}
→ ∠ACB = ∠CAB { Angle on same side of transversal .}
so,
→ ∠ACB = 90°
now, in quadrilateral ABDC
→ ∠ACB + ∠CAB + ∠DBA + ∠CDB = 360° { Angle sum property.}
→ 90° + 90° + 54° + ∠CDB = 360°
→ ∠CDB = 360° - 234°
→ ∠CDB = 126°
now,
→ ∠DBA = ∠EDB { Alternate interior angles. }
→ ∠EDB = 54°
and,
→ ∠CDE = 180° { CE is a straight line. }
therefore,
- 1. ∠ACB = 90° .
- 2. ∠CAB = 90° .
- 3. ∠CDB = 126° .
