Question :- Out of 50 pupils, only 48 joined the educational trip. What percent of the pupils joined the educational trip ?

Solution :-

given that,

  • Total pupils = 50 .
  • Number of pupils joined educational trip = 48 .

so,

→ % of the pupils joined the educational trip = (Number of pupils joined educational trip * 100) / Total pupils

→ % of the pupils joined the educational trip = (48 * 100) / 50

→ % of the pupils joined the educational trip = 48 * 2

→ % of the pupils joined the educational trip = 96% (Ans.)

Hence, 96 % of the pupils joined the educational trip .
