While making a fitness plan for your family keep in mind the physical conditions of your family members and also keep in mind all the physical limitations they might have.
- Cardiovascular endurance: Cardio exercises are a great way to increase cardiovascular endurance they also help to burn the most amount of calories and hence are an ideal way of losing weight but it is necessary to keep in mind that these exercises should be done in a progressive overload in to avoid any injuries.
- Muscular Endurance: This type of exercise includes endurance training and gives the body the ability to endure hard physical training over a longer duration of time.
- Muscular strength: this type of exercise in compliment to muscular endurance exercises helps tone the body to a better shape.
- Flexibility: Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility. Flexibility is required to do any exercise in an effective way and flexibility also decreases the chances of injuries. Stretching and cooldown exercises are also important to increase flexibility.
