With proper coaching, guidance, practice, immense dedication even women can excel in this sport .Every game or sport has its advantages & dis advantages but if we just think about the fear only then we will certainly going to lose the game . With all due care & safety & under the specific rule which made wrestling safer for women also. Now day’s sports are more of mind game than just body & ground. It helps player to be sharper, stronger & bolder than before. If we take example of nature, even nature was not suitable for mankind to live in but with his acute straggle he makes it place to live in. By adopting way & challenging hurdle she makes it possible .same way wrestling not only men's sport .By adopting rule & with healthy diet women’s can outperform significantly.
