Disability is not an obstacle for success

i would go against the motion ..as disability can never be considered as an obstacle to success...actually disabled people are expected to be optimistic in life and never back off in life...with hardwork and perseverence one can achieve anything in life...let it be a disabled person ..If he really wishes to do something in life , and works for it ,he will surely succeed.Those who consider their disability as the cause to their failure are cowards who are afraid to bear the pains and difficulties on the path of success.
