This fund has been paying out monetary compensation in an amount equal to the damages incurred, including medical, legal and loss of income costs. A new amendment bill called the Road Accident Benefit Scheme bill has just gone through public hearings as part of the process to replace the Road Accident Fund (RAF)

DISADVANTAGES:
