1. These games are invented by the children themselves or they get to play them as traditional games.
2. There are various types of games. Currently over 38 of them are considered to be equally challenging as Western games.
3. These games do not include the effects of technology, since these games are played without any technical instruments like computers or other gadgets.
4. Many of these games can be found in India too. Games like Bulong-Pari (whisper it to the priest), Bahay-Bahayan (imaginary society) are also popular in Indian subcontinent.
5. Traditional Filipino Games give fun, enjoyment, moral values, physical exercises to its players.

So overall, I think those games cannot be considered to file any disadvantages. Though many do not play them because they use computers and other latest gadgets to pαss their times at home. But that cannot be a disadvantage of the game.
