Bank is basically a formal sector of credit..

and its disadvantages are :-

1. It needs collateral ( assets)

2. A person can't claim for other loan without paying the old one.

3. It is not easily available for poor people who needs it most.

4. If a person is not able to pay loan , there property can be seized by bank.
