Disadvantages of chemical elements on human welfare are as follows:

• Chromium which is used in the car parts for its shiny appearance are highly carcinogenic in nature.  
• When hydrogen is present more that required amount, due to its high flaming capacity, it is considered as harmful to the human environment.
• The poison which is caused by element lead which is used in toys, eating utensils, etc., is highly fatal.
• Beryllium causes a rare lung disease called as berylliosis which is similar to TB.
• Fluorine is highly corrosive and poisonous gas which causes breathing problem when inhaled accidentally.
