Unlike a Breakfast, which is usually supposed to be big and hearty and is healthy for a human body, the midday lunch, if not properly taken can lead to sleepiness, laziness and drowsiness, and not to mention, increase in body fat.

Most people quickly eat a take-away lunch, a lot of the times, consisting of junk food.

In order for a midday meal to be healthy, it should be light, moderate in serving size and taken very slowly.
