First of all, any person in between these disasters should first make sure of his safety rather than thinking about robbing others and risking their lifes. Most precious thing on this earth is human life, any other precious items can be regained but not human life. But still some people try to take precious things from others. So to prevent them, one should keep all his precious his things in safes built inside house with proper locks or should keep them in banks. Anyone would not have enough time at time of disaster to rob a bank, also Banks have proper contracts in case any of the items go missing.
