it is true that discipline is not a act to be displayed it is an act to be inculcated. it is not a thing u should show to impress or to show others, u should make it your habit. you should be in discipline even if no one is watching you. this shows that how well mannered you are.Discipline is a basic requirement of a civilized society. Citizens of a disciplined nation work with a spirit of cooperation and unity. Aristotle has rightly said, “Discipline is obedience to rules formed by the society for the good of all.

Discipline should be inculcated from a very young age. Talent and genius alone are not enough to achieve success. Discipline has an equally important role to play. Talents blossom in a disciplined person.Discipline is not only desirable but indispensable. Wherever discipline and regulation of human conduct are absent, moral and material deterioration has set in. Absence of discipline means decay. To prevent decay, discipline has to be imposed in the common interest and for the common good.Discipline in schools may reduce the violence and vandalism and help the students to focus better on their studies and career. Discipline is important even in the family. Parents must raise their children in a pleasant and disciplined atmosphere. They should teach them the right values. They should themselves lead an orderly life so that their children can learn from their example. Children growing in disciplined and happy homes become responsible adult. Discipline means full realization of the sense of responsibility. This will bring progress and prosperity in the society and the nation. if you will show discipline only if when someone is watching you and not when no one is watching you, this will put a ill mannered impression on others if they have seen you. discipline does not mean to show respect others in front of the elders to give or make a good impression on them, it only means that how good , respecting and kind hearted you are. so discipline is very important for us and as i above said that we should make it our habit.

That's why we have to determine and follow our own disciplines whenever there is no other source of disciplines.
