(a) Here, we are going to discuss about the establishment of the Constituent Assembly of India. Basically, it was established in the year of 1946 (9 th December).

The constitution hall was the place where the first meeting of the Constituent Assembly was held.

It is now the Central Hall of Parliament House.

In accordance with French practice, temporary president of the assembly elected was Sachchidananda Sinha.

The Architect of the Constitution of India is Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar due to his role in the framing of the Constitution of India.
