2)IF U ARE ON BED DO NOT GET UP AND PROTECT HEAD WITH A PILLOW.

3)AVOID USING A LIFT OR AN ELECTRONICS

4) STAY INSIDE A CAR OR A BUS, IN CASE OF TRAVELLING.
