Gender refers to the different values attitudes, and behaviours that are attached to roles of males and females by different social and cultural groups. The work of women and men is determined by the society. for example women cook and clean, men fixes cars and Fly aeroplanes. sharing of powers and responsibility between women and men at home in the workplace, at National and international level would help to create harmony within the family and Society.
