Some of the features of bone are:-
1. Bone is the most hardest part of the body and is composed of calcium and phosphorus.
2. The bone producing cells are called as osteoblast.
3. Bones are highly vascular.
4. Mineralised (calcium, phosphorus)
5. It has regenerating capacity.
6. It forms the framework of the skeleton and give a proper and rigid shape to the body.
7. The matured cells of bone are called as osteocytes.
