This also includes not following any religion at all or changing one's religion whenever one wishes to do so. This right also prevents any religiously motivated violence towards another religion to maintain peace and cooperation amongst all citizens.
- Right against Exploitation - Guaranteeing protection to citizens against any form and nature of exploitation, be it violent, emotional, mental, social, physical etc.
- Cultural and Educational Rights - Gives all citizens right to pursue all forms of education and propagation of their culture. This right is also regarded as the soul to diversity in India.
- Right to Constitutional Remedies - This right allows each and every citizen to approach the High Court or the Supreme Court in case any of the above-mentioned fundamental rights of a citizen are violated.
