No, they do not. Democratic Institutions are based upon the idea that every individuals is equal under the law of the land. International organisation have no authority to enforce this nor the ability. They must take into account the relative power of the state that are a party to the organisation. For example, the permanent members especially the US, contribute most of its money needed for the maintenance of UNO (United Nation organisation).
