Transport in organisms is meant for various functions some of the functions include the following ;transportation and distribution of heat around the body .

Another function of transport in organisms is to transport digested food to all parts of the body for absorption .transport also distributes oxygen through the body .

The main medium of transport in the body is blood ..surface transport takes place in certain organisms .here blood flows on the surface and not in vessels

(i) a structure: a microvillus is usually covered with a plasma which is a membrane.

(ii) constituents: the constituents are those where it is enclosed in. It has cytoplasm and microfilaments.

(iii) microvilli: it comprises of a huge bundle of cross-linked filaments which will be the base of any structure.

(iv) cilia and sperm tail: both the sperm tails and the cilia are the ones examined in an electron microscope from Polynesians.
