Gandhi always preached about self-discipline and classified it as one of the most important characteristics of a human being.

He always mentioned that self-discipline in a man is the key to a peaceful and successful life. If a person knows how to control his mind and body at times of anger he is disciplined.

He has mentioned that perfect health can be achieved only by living in the obedience of God and defying the power of Satan.
