Answer:

Communication is not only what we say but also how we say it - not only through words but through our bodies and the energy that surrounds us. We cannot avoid communicating. Even if we don’t speak we communicate.

Values and attitudes are components in one’s character and personality. The two are inter-related but different concepts. Our attitudes build up in accordance with our values. Values are the moral principles that shape our behavior. Attitudes are standpoints formed based upon our values and feelings. Values are the product of our culture, our education and our own thinking. They are the beliefs that determine our attitudes. Values are part of our character while attitudes are part of our personality.

Values and attitude drive our behavior which is a form of communication: the way we think, what we feel, and the standpoints we have - towards us and other people, towards our life and the role we play. Respect or disrespect, trust or mistrust, content or frustration, confidence or lack thereof determine whether our attitude, our behavior, our communication is positive or negative. Both can occur in a very effective way.
