Both disciplines deal with human beings at the end of the day .In order to defectively work with human beings in various office set ups, one needs to truly understand human behavior ( psychology) imagine deciding to work as a life guard and not know how to swim in water..KKK. I know terrible idea! right.

All social sciences are connected to one another, some more than others. To be a great Human Resource you must understand human behavior. To be a good psychologist working in public offices you need to understand some basic public administration concepts and principles.

During my University years i always loved how my courses ( psychology and public administration) felt so inter connected. I could go on for hours …..i rest my case.
