Discuss how the need for a constitution came in during our freedom movement

it was situation full of topsy turvy problems the government was lead to be formed so there was a major need for the Constitution to be formed during our freedom movement because people actually don't even know their rights and wrongs so our legal body decided to make a constitution ..... well the answer can be wrong but still I tried
