Rainwater Harvesting

Rainwater harvesting can be done in the following ways :

1. Rainwater can be collected in underground tanks, then gets purified and enters the household pipe or bore wells

2. Rainwater can also be collected in open tanks on the roof top, then wuth a pipe it is sent underground. Where different filtration occur and purified water is sent to household pipe.

3. Rainwater harvesting can be simply done by keeping a container on rooftop and can be used for daily use (After purifying by boiling or filters).

Hope it helps ...!!!

Answer:

In English

Rainwater harvesting (RWH) is the collection and storage of rain, rather than allowing it to run off. Rainwater is collected from a roof-like surface and redirected to a tank, cistern, deep pit (well, shaft, or borehole), aquifer, or a reservoir with percolation, so that it seeps down and restores the ground water
