hey mate !!

electrical fire ==> the fire occurs because of electricity . like , if the meter or switch board catches fire . sometimes switch board catches fire because of overloading In a single socket..

chemical fire ==> the fire occurs due to chemical change like , when we add sodium in water or when we add water in acid it may catch fire and burst and can burn your face during reaction
.
so prevention must be done that don't use more appliances in a single socket for electrical

and for chemical don't add water in to acid by mistake !!!
