Kirchhof law:- Name was given based on the scientist's name Kirchhof. He proposed rules for solving the electrical circuit. Actually he gave two expressions by the use of law of conservation of energy as a as electrical charge.
First rule:- There will be zero current at the point of meeting in a electrical circuit.
i1 + i2 + i3 + i4 + i5 = 0
Second rule:- In any closed circuit algebraic sum will be equal to the product of resistance and current flowing in the circuit. This rule also shows law of conversation of energy that's why it is also known as Kirchhoff's voltage law.
