THE BUNDLE OF NERVE FIBRES ENCLOSED BY THE MEMBRANOUS LAYERS OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE (Epineurium, Perineurium and Endoneurium) IS CALLED A NERVE.
EACH NERVE IS COVERED BY THREE MEMBRANOUS LAYERS OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE, STARTING WITH THE INNER ENDONEURIUM, THEN THE MIDDLE LAYER CALLED PERINEURIUM AND THE OUTERMOST LAYER NAMED EPINEURIUM.
