if you don't mention the person's name , it would be like you are disrespecting him/her ! in all type of letters , while writing letter , the Person's name or position ( for example, officers etc ) is mentioned!

The reason I choose to give this letter to the respective person is that the message inside the letter is informational and required for him/her.

  • The letter addresses the situation that the person is dealing with the letter provides the person with the affairs he/she should be informed about.
