primary lysosomes + food vacuole is called secondary lysosomes aur heterophagosomes.

now the secondary lysosomes contain enzymes against the material to be digested.

according to me what you want to talk about is autophagic vacuoles these are formed by union of primary lysosomes with old and dead cell organelles
