The judges of supreme court are appointed by the President in constitution with such other judges of the supreme court and High court. The supreme court is primarily a court of appeal though it hears case in the original. it is the last resort in case of appeal . it is the guardian of the fundamental rights and excercise. the power of judicial review to check the action of legislative and administrative authorities.
