The word 'house' means a structure made of solid material while the word 'home' implies a place where love and concern tie the general population occupying a space.
"A House is certainly not a Home" is a fitting title on the grounds that Zan did not lose his home when he lost his house. He had lost the house however the house was still there, more grounded than previously.
