(i) The people of Harappa had a proper sanitary system.
(ii) The people lived in mud and brick houses.
(iii) They used tools like swords, bow and arrow etc for their protection.
(iv) They had big pots for burial. They used to put the belongings of the deceased in the pot.
The architectural and other feature of the Harappan civilization still pose an effect on the modern day civilization. The modern day sanitary system was adapted from this civilization. The brick house model was also adopted from the Harappan civilization.
