The Feb. 1848 Revolution in France was one of the series of waves of Revolution in Europe. These Revolutions were aimed to overthrow the monarchy. Before the Revolution in France, there were many problems faced by the people especially by middle class and commons which made them to turn against the King Louis Philippe. There was food shortage, hike in prices, hunger, unemployment and economic depression. The middle class (bourgeois) and the common people were lacked the right to vote and the King always used to favor aristocracy. They were hungry of change and reforms. They went against the king culminated in the Revolution.

The most important changes introduced after the Revolution in France include--The Second Republic was established and Louis Napoleon Bonaparte became the President of France. Secondly Universal Manhood Suffrage was established where every adult male was given right to vote.
