Discuss the causes of unemployment in india and suggest suitabe measures to solve this problem

There are many causes because of which many of the people are unemployed
1. Illiteracy --- many jobs need educated people but in India still many people's are illiterate so they can't acquire that type of jobs and remain unemployed.
2. Lack of skills -- most of the jobs need skilled and trained persons but it cannot be fulfilled by many of the people's.
3. Lack of security . Job security is very much important . There is no job security in unorganised sectors and they can be fired at any time without any reason.
