Mr. Slater Henry does have some degree of human qualities in him.But his timdness and his ultimate submission to his more dominating wife , also stain his character.Henry is less crooked , less greedy and less jealous than his wife.lt is obvious from that when he was persuaded to wear grandpa's slippers , he was not all enthusiastic.
